Sale of used equipment is subject to availability and may be reserved with a 10% deposit on order; with the balance of the payment due prior to delivery, and subject to credit approval. The title will transfer upon full clearance of payment into the Cummins Northeast, Inc. account.

Cummins Northeast, inc. is not responsible for serving or paying any fees for permits, licenses, certificates, inspections, registrations, and the like as required by any state, city, town, government, or regulatory agency that may be required in any for for the installation and operation of this equipment. All sales of used equipment are final.
