Retro-fit Products
Today’s diesel engines are designed to produce up to 90% fewer harmful emissions. But there is a large number of older engines still in operation emitting hydrocarbons, particulate matter, oxides of nitrogen and carbon monoxide.
Cummins Emission Solutions has designed, built and installed retrofit emission products for:

- School Buses
- Municipal Fleets
- Construction Equipment
- Transit Buses
- On-highway Trucks
- Port Equipment and more....

Cummins Northeast as a distributor for Cummins Emission Solutions, the world’s most experienced provider of diesel emission products (with over 2.0 million units in operation and 30 years in exhaust product development and manufacturing) has the expertise to help you choose the right emission product for your application based on local laws and regulations.

The product range offered is also enhanced by our partnership with Cleaire who specializes in Active Regeneration Systems for both on and off road applications.

- DOC (Diesel Oxidation Catalyst)
- PCRT (Partial Continuously Regenerating Technology)
- CRT (Diesel Particulate Filter)
- Horizon
- Longview

DOC (Diesel Oxidation Catalyst) Our mix-and-match Diesel Oxidation Catalysts (DOC) are available in 4 standard diameters along with 22 different end cones. This flexibility enables fast turnaround for customer needing aftertreatment solutions.

PCRT2 (Partial Continuously Regenerating Technology)
The Cummins Emission Solutions Partial Continuously Regenerating Technology (PCRT2) uses Johnson Matthey’s patented technology for reducing PM, CO and HC.  This product provides the solution for older, dirtier engines.  It delivers Particulate Matter (PM) reductions of at least 50% depending on the application.  The PCRT2 can be used on all engine makes and model years up to 600 hp*.

CRT (Diesel Particulate Filter)
Cummins Emission Solutions retrofit diesel particulate filter uses Johnson Matthey’s patented Continuously Regenerating Technology (CRT®), among the first verified for the EPA’s voluntary retrofit program. The CRT has become the industry standard for heavy-duty diesel retrofit technology for particulate matter reduction.

Horizon

This active regeneration system uses clean electricity, through an integrated heating element, to "cook off" the captured diesel particulate, much like a self cleaning oven, while the vehicle is parked overnight.

Longview
Configured in a modular, user- friendly design, Longview integrates a NOx reduction catalyst and catalyzed wall-flow silicon carbide diesel particulate filter. This provides simultaneous reduction of NOx, PM, hydrocarbon (HC) and carbon monoxide (CO) from one system.
